Reschedule a Workshop

If we have to reschedule a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control, you have the option to attend the rescheduled class or receive a full refund.

Cancel a Workshop

If we have to cancel a workshop, without rescheduling, due to unforeseen reasons or insufficient attendance, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

If you change your mind and decide not to attend the workshop, please inform us before the registration deadline (usually 1 week before class). This will give us enough time to cancel a class if there are not enough attendants. A $10 admin fee will be deducted automatically from the refund.

If you notify us after the deadline but before class starts, a $30 admin fee will be deducted automatically from the refund. The fees are for recovering staff time and credit card processing charges.

No Show

If you do not show up and did not notify us before class starts, your entire class fee is deemed non-refundable.

We will consider genuine emergencies and offer rescheduling or cancellation with a $30 admin fee. Rescheduling will be done after this fee is paid.

Any other situations will not be considered. We respect your time and we ask you to respect ours.

We also do not issue partial refund or credit if you come late to the class.
